As a therapeutic coach, artist, speaker, and mental health enthusiast, I understand what it takes to change your life in a sustainable way. I've spent the first part of life obsessed on weight loss and proving I was enough. The outcome? Well, I still didn't feel enough. And it didn't help me love myself.

 

Through wisdom gained from working under powerhouses like Tony Robbins and taking on my own healing journey through therapy and studying the brain, I learned the only way to truly love yourself and your life, one must first be willing. Then honest. And curious. And brave. Very, very brave.

I provide one-on-one coaching sessions with an emphasis on experiential exploration of the self and intentional living. If you want something different you have to be something different, and I am here to help YOU do that!​
